Thank you for shopping with Lone Pine Sporting Dogs Inc. We ship across Canada and to the United States from our location in Didsbury, Alberta using Canada Post.

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Carriers: Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location, package weight, and dimensions. We ship via Canada Post with the following services:

Within Canada:

  • Standard Shipping (Regular Parcel or Expedited Parcel)
  • Priority Shipping (faster options)

To the United States:

  • Xpresspost™ USA – Fastest option with tracking and on-time guarantee for most destinations
  • Tracked Packet™ USA or Expedited Parcel™ USA – Affordable tracked service
  • Small Packet™ USA (Air) – Economical option for small/lightweight items (under 1–2 kg)

Estimated Delivery Times: These are business days and are estimates only. Actual delivery can vary due to customs, weather, carrier volume, or destination.

Within Canada:

  • Alberta & British Columbia: 2–5 business days
  • Saskatchewan, Manitoba & Ontario: 3–7 business days
  • Quebec, Atlantic Provinces & Territories: 4–10 business days

To the United States:

  • Xpresspost™ USA: 2–3 business days (most destinations)
  • Tracked Packet™ / Expedited Parcel™ USA: 4–7 business days
  • Small Packet™ USA (Air): 5–8 business days

Order Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Track your package on the Canada Post website or app.

Shipping Address: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses. If you need to change your address after ordering, contact us immediately at training@lonepinesportingdogs.com.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (USA Orders Only):

  • All shipments to the USA may be subject to U.S. customs duties, taxes, and fees.
  • As of 2025/2026, the U.S. has removed the previous duty-free threshold. Duties may apply even on lower-value orders and must often be prepaid or handled at delivery.
  • We are not responsible for any customs delays, duties, taxes, or brokerage fees charged to the recipient. These are the buyer’s responsibility.

Damaged or Lost Shipments:

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

  • If your package is lost in transit, we will work with Canada Post to investigate and will either send a replacement or issue a refund once the claim is processed.

International Shipping (Outside Canada & USA): We do not currently ship outside of Canada and the United States.

Returns Shipping: For product returns, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy. Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
