Dog boarding on 40 quiet acres in Mountain View Country, AB, just off HWY 22 and an easy drive from Calgary and central Alberta. We board a maximum of 12 dogs at a time so every dog gets real one-on-one care, not a spot in an overcrowded corporate kennel

Dogs stay in large 4'x6' covered indoor kennels. The dogs enjoy our large outdoor grass runs, 1.5 acre dog park with multiple let outs each day, and access to our indoor riding arena for bad weather days. My wife and I live on the property, and I'm in the kneel and on the property every day training and caring for dogs.

What Your Dog’s Stay Includes

Large indoor kennels – Each dog stays in a 4' x 6' metal kennel with a cover to create a dark, den‑style resting space.
Comfortable bedding – Raised beds in every kennel; you can also bring your dog’s own bed/blankets if you prefer.
Fresh water 24/7 – Clean water is available at all times.
Grass outdoor runs – Dogs enjoy real grass runs, not concrete.
Multiple daily let‑outs – Dogs are let out multiple times per day for bathroom breaks and exercise.
All‑day outdoor time when weather allows – On good‑weather days, dogs can spend extended time outside in our grass runs and dog park.
Indoor arena play on bad‑weather days – When it’s too cold, muddy, or stormy, we use our 168' x 72' indoor riding arena for safe, supervised play and exercise.
Owner‑operated care – We live on the property and oversee all care ourselves.

Our goal is simple: dogs can rest, run, and reset while you’re away.

Boarding Rates

Standard Boarding: $52 per night (+ GST)
Holiday Boarding: $65 per night (+ GST). Applies during peak holiday periods

Charges are per calendar night. Drop‑off and pick‑up times will be confirmed at booking.

Daycare Options (Weekdays)

If you don’t need overnight boarding but want your dog to enjoy the ranch for the day:

Full Day Daycare (Mon–Fri): $42 (+ GST)
Half Day Daycare (≤5 hours): $30 (+ GST)

Daycare dogs enjoy the same grass runs, outdoor time, and indoor arena access as our boarding dogs.

Enrichment Add‑Ons

You can add any of these options during booking to customize your dog’s stay:

Adventure Walk (30 min) – $25
One‑on‑one walk around the property and trails for extra exercise and sniffing.
Extra Playtime (30 min) – $18
Additional supervised play focused on your dog’s preferred activities (fetch, tug, etc.).
Training Refresher (30 min) – $30
Touch‑up session on basic obedience or manners to keep skills sharp while you’re away.
Treadmill Session (20 min) – $18
Controlled, structured exercise for high‑energy dogs or poor‑weather days.
Roading Session (20 min) – $25
Conditioning session for working and sporting dogs that need extra physical work.

You can choose enrichment options when you request dates or during your intake conversation.

Medication & Special Feeding

We’re happy to handle medication and special diets:

Medication – Simple (pill in food, once/twice daily): $1 per dose
Medication – Complex (multiple meds, injections, or special protocols): $5 per dose
Food Handling – Complex (e.g., raw or cooked prep): $3 per meal

All medication and feeding instructions must be clearly labeled and discussed at check‑in.

Health & Boarding Requirements

To keep all dogs safe and healthy, we require:

Up‑to‑date Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella vaccinations
Vaccine records submitted at least 48 hours before arrival
All meals pre‑portioned in individual bags, labeled with your dog’s name and feeding instructions
Any special diet preparation (e.g., raw feeding) noted in advance, additional handling fees may apply
