Our private training grounds are designed for upland and sporting dog work, offering a mix of open fields, natural cover, and secure fenced spaces. Whether you’re preparing for the hunting season, conditioning your bird dog, or working on advanced obedience, this is your space to train without distractions.

Rental Options & Rates

• Hourly Rental – $50/hour
  Flexible, short-term access for quick training sessions.

• Half Day (4 hours) – $180
  Perfect for focused field work or running multiple dogs.

• Full Day (8 hours) – $340
  The best value for clubs, training weekends, or intensive programs.

• Homing Pigeons - $5 a bird NO SHOOTING OF HOMING PIGEONS
  

Rules & Requirements

To ensure safety, respect for the property, and a great experience for all clients:

1. Vaccinations: All dogs must be current on Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella. Vaccination records must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to rental.

2. Dog Control: All dogs must remain under handler control at all times.

3. Firearms: No live ammunition or firing is allowed unless prior written approval is given. Blank pistols may be used for training purposes.

4. Cleanup: Handlers are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs in all areas, including the training park, runs, and parking lot.

5. Damage: Any damage to facilities or equipment will be charged to the renter.

6. Private Use: Rentals are for private training only — this is not an off-leash park for recreational play.

7. Weather Use: The indoor arena is available for bad weather but must be booked in advance.

8. Bird Handling: Live birds are permitted if brought by the handler, but all provincial and federal regulations must be followed.

9. Gear Storage: All gear and birds must be removed from the premises at the end of the rental.
