Puppy Start Program – 2 Weeks (Puppy Development & Socialization)

Give your puppy the best start in life with our dedicated 2-week Puppy Start Program.
Designed for puppies aged 12–20 weeks, this program builds confidence, early obedience, and social skills in a safe, structured environment.

Set on our quiet 40-acre property just off Hwy 22 (50 minutes north of Calgary, near Sundre, Cremona, Olds, and Didsbury), puppies benefit from open space, a calm rural atmosphere, and daily interaction with experienced trainers.

What’s Included:

• Crate training and house manners

• Introduction to leash walking

• Socialization with safe, matched playmates

• Exposure to new environments, surfaces, and sounds

• Basic commands: sit, down, place, recall (on leash)

• Confidence building through supervised play and structured handling

• Calmness around distractions

• One-hour go-home lesson for owners

• Continued phone and email support after graduation

Program Options:

• Kennel-Based Program: $1,150

• In-Home Board & Train: $1,350 — Puppy lives in the trainer’s home, receives full house integration, potty break training, exposure to household noises, and boundaries such as respecting doorways and staying out of certain rooms.

Requirements

Vaccines:

• Rabies

• DHPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus, Parainfluenza)

• Bordetella (Kennel Cough)

• Must be up-to-date and records submitted 48 hours before arrival

Meals:

• All food must be pre-portioned into individual bags labeled with your puppy’s name and feeding instructions

• Please provide enough for the full stay plus extra in case we feel additional feed is needed to maintain condition
